By selecting me, you give me the opportunity to record moments in your lives that you want to treasure forever. I understand how important photography is to your day. So the imagery has to be both contemporary and standout from the masses, but at the same time offer something timeless.

With a combination of different styles which enables me to not only provide a record of the formal elements of your wedding, I also draw together cutting edge posing and lighting techniques to show you in the most flattering light possible.

You owe it to yourself to record the day in a way which reflects the real you and not a set of posed group shots with the two of you and Aunty Bessy looking unhappy.

Don't worry I still provide the posed shots too, so the in-laws won't be upset, but the priority will always be my signature shots, whether they be part of the bridal preparations, bride and groom portraiture or the evening reception.

I understand how much choice there is within the wedding industry and selecting the wedding photographer for you can be a trial in itself. The last thing I want to do is make things even more confusing for you.

Often packaged wedding pricing lacks flexibility and I want to be able to offer you choice in what you can purchase from me. To make things as simple as possible I offer a flat rate wedding photography price and then you have the flexibility to select other items as you desire.

Rather than only providing a limited amount of hours coverage, my bookings are always for the full day - your day doesn't stop when I leave, so why miss the opportunity to document it past the first dance too.

If your hairdresser needs to have you in curlers at 8am, I will be there. If you want me to stay through past the first dance and photograph your guests enjoying the rest of the evening, then I can be there too. By booking me you ensure that the timing of your day works around you and your venue, rather than being restricted by the hours that your photographer can cover.

Often wedding timings can effect how well the photography works, so I'm always happy to help make suggestions on how the day would work best for the imagery you want. Ultimately, I want you to be as relaxed about the wedding photography coverage as possible.

I would always encourage my wedding customers to purchase an album, as you can't get the same enjoyment from passing a laptop around your friends, during coffee. There is nothing better than seeing the images printed in all their glory. Don't let the images sit alone on a DVD in your drawer, instead let them live through a fine album. The choice is there for you to select from.

My portrait sessions are always relaxed and fun, away from unnatural studio settings. We will be on location, working with you, either at home or in a place that is special to you, using both natural and the latest flash lighting techniques to capture your true personalities. Location photography allows me to capture you in a comfortable environment where you are happiest and relaxed, and it shows in your final pictures.

Rather than constrain the photo sessions to fixed times and numbers of shots, I like to take the time to get to know you, helping to create the unique images you deserve, therefore I pride myself in delivering pictures that are creative, special and something you and your family will treasure for many years. I only work on one session per day so you will have time to relax and enjoy the experience. I find that this helps ensure that you have the best pictures to select from.

For portraits, there is a session fee of £75.

Print prices are from £25 and framed portraits are available from £105. Portrait collections are available to provide great value selections of our most popular products.

Lifestyle portraiture is about the locations your family enjoys the most, and there is always flexibility in how far we need to travel. If you would like me to travel over 40 miles from Chester, then I would ask for an additional charge towards travel expenses.

Once your pictures have been lovingly processed, I will arrange a viewing session for you to select your final choices. The chosen images can be provided in bespoke frames, available in the latest styles and materials, the choice is yours. I can even provide an online slideshow or High Definition DVD to allow your friends to enjoy your latest pictures anywhere in the world.
